Payment is accepted in US dollars (US$) only. We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are unable to verify credit cards orders drawn from international banks or international billing addresses at this time. Upon completion of your order request, your payment method will be authorized for the full amount of your order. Funds will be withdrawn from your account once the item has shipped. If an item is unavailable to ship immediately, the amount authorized for that item will be released within 48 hours.

Debit card purchasers - please note that your purchase will draw funds from your account immediately upon authorization.


Sales tax will be collected when shipping orders to California, Florida, Nevada, New York and Texas. Sales taxes are calculated based on your ship to address. Applicable taxes will be added to your purchase and shown at the order summary screen during the checkout process. For any return or exchange, all taxes will be credited as well.


Based on availability, we may be unable to fulfill an ordered item. Our customer service department will send an e-mail indicating that the item is not available and will be cancelled. Within 48 hours the authorized amount for that item will be released.

e-Gift Cards are available in any denomination (US$ only) and can be purchased on our website by clicking here.

When issuing an e-Gift Card or Store Credit, we require that the customer's name and address be attached to that transaction. Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email stating the e-Gift Card or Store Credit code. This code is treated like cash so we recommend that you keep it in a safe place. We are not responsible for stolen codes.

When redeeming an e-Gift Card or Store Credit, the redemption must be done at the time of the sale and not after the completion of the sale. Any purchase exceeding the amount of the e-Gift Card must be paid using another acceptable form of payment for the balance due.

When returning merchandise purchased using an e-Gift Card, any amount paid will be returned via a new e-Gift Card code for the product purchased. Any additional balance will be handled per the Return Policy.

If you believe that you have lost your e-Gift Card code, please call our Customer Service Center at 1.888.307.1630. Once they have verified your identity they will be able to provide you with your e-Gift Card code via email.
