We accept returns on unworn merchandise, regular and sale price (excluding Final Sale), for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30 day return window will be returned to the customer. We only accept returns from our eCommerce website. Donald J Pliner retail stores do not accept returns from online purchases. Merchandise purchased from donaldjpliner.com must be returned via mail to the address below. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
To return an item, simply mail that item back to us with the completed Return/Exchange form that you received with your original packing slip. Returns are to be mailed to the following address:

Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility as the client and are nonrefundable. We recommend you return the package using an insured shipping method. This will provide recourse should something happen to your package. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with the completed form enclosed. Do not use the shoebox as your shipping box. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging. Upon inspection, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
As a courtesy to our holiday gift shoppers, purchases made between 11/15 and 12/9 may be returned for exchange or credit to the original form of payment until 1/16/15.
Final Sale Items
Merchandise with the indication "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged online or in our retail stores. This includes any merchandise discounted 50% or more. Sample sale merchandise is also considered final sale.

On the Return/Exchange form, tell us how we can correct your purchase and we will exchange it and send it back to you with no shipping charge to you. If the requested exchange is not available we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per our Return Policy.
If you misplace your original packing slip, which includes your return and exchange form, you can print a new one. Just sign in to your Account, select the order you wish to modify, and press "Print Order". If you do not have an account with us, simply print a copy of the order or shipping confirmation that was sent to your email address.
If an item you have purchased through donaldjpliner.com is reduced in price within 14 days of your order date, we will happily adjust the price for you. Please contact us anytime during that 14-day time frame and the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item.
