We accept returns and exchanges on regular and sale price merchandise (excluding Final Sale), for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30 day return window will be returned to the customer. We only accept returns from our the donaldjpliner.com eCommerce website and do not accept returns from Donald J Pliner retail stores. Donald J Pliner retail stores do not accept returns from online purchases. We do not accept returns of merchandise purchased by other retailers.
The following instructions are for US orders only. For international orders, please see our International Shipping and Returns.
To return an item, simply complete the enclosed return/exchange form and mail us the merchandise you wish to return using the attached label. Returns should be mailed to the following address:

Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. We recommend you return the package using an insured shipping method. This will provide recourse should something happen to your package. We do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and in a timely manner:
- Your return should be in its original condition, in the original box
- A completed return/exchange from should be included in your return shipment.
- Do not use the shoebox as your shipping box.
- Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging.
Once your return is approved, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment, with the exception of Paypal orders, which cannot be refunded to your Paypal account. Paypal refunds will be issued to a Donald J Pliner gift card. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
Merchandise with the indication "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged online or in our retail stores. This includes any merchandise discounted 50% or more. Sample sale merchandise is also considered final sale.
When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy. Refunds will be issued back to the PayPal account used to place the order. We do not offer exchanges on PayPal orders. Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

To exchange an item, simply mail that item back to us with the completed Return/Exchange form that you received with your original packing slip. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
On the Return/Exchange form, please tell us how we can correct your purchase and we will exchange it and send it back to you with no shipping charge to you. If the requested exchange is not available, we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per our Return Policy.
On exchanges of orders placed with ShopRunner as the shipping method, the shipment of the processed exchange back to the customer will be sent via ground shipping.
If you misplace your original packing slip, which includes your return and exchange form, you can print a new one. Just sign in to your Account, select the order you wish to modify, and press "Print Order.” If you do not have an account with us, simply print a copy of the order or shipping confirmation that was sent to your email address.
If an item you have purchased through donaldjpliner.com is reduced in price within 14 days of your order date, we will happily adjust the price for you. Please contact us anytime during that 14-day time frame and the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item.
We have adopted Borderfree to help our customers shop from and ship to countries all over the world. You can shop DonaldJPliner.com in the country and currency you select. Your order total with all shipping fees, custom fees, tariffs and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency. Delivery may take up to 18 business days.
International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive your RMA number.
Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub. Returns sent without the RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department from Borderfree will be subtracted from your refund total.
Exchanges are not available for international orders. Please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired exchange item.
Final Sale policies apply to international orders. Price adjustments are not available for international orders.
