We will accept returns on unworn merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply mail the merchandise to us using the attached return label. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and in the original box. Upon inspection a credit will be given to the original credit card. The credit will include any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale.

If you misplace your return label you can reprint a new one. Just sign on to the My Account area and click on View Your Order History. Then choose the correct order and press details. To print a replacement return label press on PACKING SLIP, this will bring up a printable return label. Just print this label and you are ready to ship the product back.

We will accept exchanges for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know how we can correct your purchase and we will ship it back to you free. Just fill out the exchange portion of the return label and we'll take care of it.

FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders shipping ground service. Orders are shipped via UPS Monday thru Friday. Your package will ship once credit card authorization and verification is complete. There are three ways to ship your purchase. Sorry, no shipping available to international addresses or on Saturday and Sunday. All orders received by 3:00 pm EST with 2 day air or overnight shipping will be sent the same day. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship 2 day air. Overnight shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.

We accept payments in U.S. dollars only. Currently Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
