RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns on regular and sale price, unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Please note: Jewelry, PFTC t-shirts, and shoe care items are not returnable. Simply mail the merchandise back to us with the completed Return or Exchange form that you received with your original packing slip. Your return should be in good condition, in the original box, and with the proper return or exchange form to ensure your return is processed accurately. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the responsibility of the client. Upon inspection your return will be completed by the method below:
- Regular and Sale price merchandise- Within the 30 day return period a credit will be given to the original method of payment.
We do not accept returns after 30 days, returns after 30 days will be returned to the customer. The credit will include any taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement. We only accept returns from our Ecommerce website and Donald J Pliner Concept stores. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Note: (do not use the shoebox as your shipping box.) Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging. We suggest you return the package using an insured shipping method. This will provide recourse should something happen to your package. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the responsibility of the client.
EXCHANGES We will accept exchanges on regular and sale price, unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Tell us how we can correct your purchase and we will exchange it and send it back to you with no shipping charge to you. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) being sent to us for exchange are the responsibility of the client. Please complete the Return or Exchange form that was sent with your original packing slip and include it in your return package. If the requested exchange is not available we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per the return policy.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE FORMS If you misplace your original packing slip, which includes your return and exchange form, you can print a new one. Just sign in to your Account, select you order, then press "Print Order". If you do not have an account with us, simply print a copy of your order or shipping confirmation which was sent to your email address.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS We will offer price adjustments for purchases made thru Donaldjpliner.com, with these qualifications.
Regular price item goes on sale- we offer price adjustments if the items current selling price is now lower than the purchase price and the purchase date is with 14 days.
- Sale price item goes on sale further- If your purchased sale price item has not been delivered to your shipping address, we will offer the price adjustment from the purchase price to the current selling price. Once your purchase has been delivered we do not allow any further adjustments on the product.
SHIPPING FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available for all orders. Orders are shipped via UPS Monday thru Friday. There are three ways to ship your purchase. All orders received by 3:00pm EST Monday thru Friday excluding holidays, with a premium shipping option will be send the same day. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship 2 day air, unfortunately overnight shipping is not available to these destinations. We are happy to ship to APO/FPO locations however, because of the complex nature of these distribution points we cannot guarantee expedited shipping.

PAYMENTS We accept payments in U.S. dollars only, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and discover. We are unable to verify credit cards orders drawn from international banks or international billing addresses. Upon completion of your order request, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your order. Funds will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped. If an item is unavailable to ship immediately, the amount authorized for that item will be released within 48 hours.
Note: Debit card purchasers please notice that your purchase will draw funds from your account immediately.
GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES When issuing a gift card (store credit) or gift certificate we require that the customer's name and address are attached to that transaction. Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email stating the gift card code or gift certificate code. This code is treated like cash so keep it safe. We are not responsible for stolen gift cards.
When redeeming gift card or gift certificate the redemption must be done at the time of the sale, not after the completion of the sale. Any purchase amount exceeding the amount of the gift card must be paid by another acceptable form of payment for the balance due.
When returning any products purchased by a gift card, any amount paid from a gift card will be returned to a gift card for the product purchased. Any additional balance will be handled per the return policy.
If you have lost your gift card code we can provide the number again by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-888-307-1630. Once they have verified your identity they will be able to provide you with your Gift Card Code via email.

SALES TAX Sales tax will be collected when shipping orders to California, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. Sales taxes are calculated based on your ship to address. Applicable taxes will be added to your purchase and shown at the order summary screen during the checkout process. For any return or exchange all taxes will be credited as well.
CANCELLATIONS OR BACKORDERS Based on availability, we may be unable to fulfill an ordered item. Our customer service department will send an e-mail indicating that the item is not available and will be cancelled. Within 48 hours the authorized amount for that item will be released.
Note: Based on your credit card issuing bank policies and procedures, fund availability and other transactions may not be immediately reflected on your bank statement or online account.
REPAIRS Within 60 days of purchase we will repair any manufacturers defect and ship back to you any Donald J Pliner merchandise at our expense. Beyond 60 days of purchase any repair requested will be at the expense of the client. Any item received without the original receipt will be considered beyond 60 days.
Within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt- please send us your damaged item via insured mail and we will repair the damage if it is repairable to a normal state. Once repaired, we will return the item to you at no expense to you.
Beyond 60 days of purchase with or without the original receipt- please send us your damaged item via insured mail. We will review the item and let you know via email of the cost involved with correcting the damage. Upon your approval and payment of the cost, we will repair the item and then send it back to you. The return shipping fee will be included in the cost of the repair.
Any items not able to be repaired to a normal state; will not be repaired. The repair center will contact you in this instance and you may decide if you would like the product sent back to you. The client is responsible for all shipping charges to the repair center. Items unable to be repaired or repairs purchased beyond the 60 days will be returned at the client's expense.
